It takes very long time for the internal process to move people around that like to gain knowledge internally from different function. Once the interview was held - it takes weeks or months to get back to you with a feedback

Easy, only two rounds, look for someone with whom they have a fit rather than for knowledge and experience. Second round is at the offices, informal meeting to talk about the fit

Phone screening with recruiter. Interview with 3 managers who go through general questions such as work style, communication, and job expectations. Management gave fair warning of long hours and high pressure in the role and gauged response in order to determine if you are a good fit.
