I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Saint Charles, MO) in Jan 2011
Interview
I first went to an inperson interview with the typical questions being asked. I then was taken to a testing room to complete an hour long assessment test. After that I heard back in 2 days that I passed it and they wanted me to do a 2 hour phone interview that consisted of role playing. I was told it was a recommend or not recommend. Still waiting for the call to tell me how I did. It has bee 2 days.

Question 1
Have you ever had to deal with an underperforming employee?
Very easy interview, they only ask what's in your resume and test your awareness about your career journey. There is no difficulty in the interview process if you are aware what's the accounting process and internal audit process and how it works in an organisation
It took almost a month. But whole process was very smooth. Three rounds were there, first two basic aptitude and last was LOB round. Couple of guesstimate questions were asked. Most questions were based on the CV and some probability ones as well.
It was very smooth process and was very interactive sessions. I enjoyed it and was good to be part of it. Excellent and very good interviewers were present who took the interview and made it look very easy they were so professional
