The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America
Interview
Unfortunately, my recent experience interviewing for a bank teller position at Bank of America was not as positive as I had hoped.
The process started with an online application, which was simple enough. However, communication afterward was very inconsistent. It took weeks to hear back, and when I finally received an email, I was scheduled for a phone screening with very little notice.
The phone screening felt rushed and impersonal. The recruiter seemed distracted and didn’t provide much information about the role or the next steps. I was left feeling like my time wasn’t valued.
I eventually moved on to the video interview stage, which was prerecorded. This part was particularly frustrating because the system had technical issues that caused delays. It felt very impersonal since I was just speaking to a screen with no opportunity for real interaction or feedback.
The final stage was an in-person interview at the branch. Unfortunately, this didn’t improve my impression. The branch manager appeared unprepared, and the interview itself felt unorganized. At times, it seemed like they were skimming through my resume for the first time, which made me question how seriously they were taking the process.
Very easy, Manager was nice and made the interview feel more like an conversation than an interview. It was not too long and no tricky questions, She explain the job and the what would be the career path in case I started with them.
It was awesome, it was quick and I had a lot of fun in the interview. I got asked some interesting questions and I was throughly challenged, but it turned out well. I would recommend this to anyone. Good luck.
They reached out via email and asked me to pick a time to talk. I picked a time but then didn't end up interviewing for the role. Their hiring progress was very professional
