Had an interview set-up by a recruiter. It consisted of a 1:1 interview with the hiting manager, and then another interview with a team member. Hiring manager interview was focused on my experience and resume review. Interview with team member focused on my skill set and a few technical questions. Was told they were still interviewing other candidates, and that I should hear back in a week to ten days. Four business days later I was told they wanted to hire me, and started the process of creating a profile in their system and kicking off the background check.
