This was a group interview. More of an informational session than an interview. It's a pure commission sales job so in part they're trying to weed out people who aren't up for that. The manager went through a powerpoint that hype up the company and their sales program, seems like they have trouble getting and or keeping people because it seemed like he does this presentation 3 times a weekd.
