      Leiter Job-Shop-Automatisierung Und Steuerungsbau Interview

      7 Jul 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Saint Louis, MO
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2015

      Interview

A recruiter called me and invited me to a group interview because they had seen my resume online and said I qualified for the position. The office was very nice and there was one member of the sales team who conducted the 12 person interview. They started off by giving some background on the company and explaining the different roles each position consisted of. They then had everyone fill out a short one page survey and then called certain people back for a second interview the following day. The second interview was one-on-one and they asked which position I would like to apply for. They then offered me the position contingent upon me earning my insurance license.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2015

      Interview

A recruiter called me regarding a Unit Field Trainer position. Hearing the name of the company I immediately asked if they offer a base salary. She said yes, so I agreed to an interview. When I got there it was a group interview with more than a dozen people. They said it would be explained to me. They wound us thru a maze of office corridors and back in to a windowless conference room that was crowded in with the people. The "sales manager" explained it would take 45 minutes. Nearly 2 hours later, it was revealed that it took $600 out of pocket, and a follow up session the next day to work for no base pay and there was no Unit Field Trainer position open. They wanted street level door knocking insurance agents selling medicare supplements to people who turn 65. A complete waste of time and effort and not a real job. Most of us walked out and talked and we all had the same story...yes the was a base...all of us were lied to. Beware of this scam.

      Question 1

Are you willing to pay $600 and attend another session tomorrow same time?

      Irving, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Irving, TX) in Mar 2013

      Interview

It started with a group interview. They give you the overview of the company and build up your anticipation. Then they call you back if you're still interested. If you're breathing and you can dial a phone, you have a pretty good chance. You will have to pay for your own license fees but the training is free. They may reimburse you if you stay around long enough.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

None on the first interview. The second interview they just wanted to know about my personality. They want you to take the job because they have a high turnover rate.
