Very easy to get interview, I applied and they got right back to me and asked me to join a group interview meeting. The guy just describes how the whole company works and then gives out one on one interviews.

Preliminary phone call, 30 minute call interview, 30 mins- 1 hr long in person interview. The first call just focuses on logistics of business. The second to get a personal feel and see if you’d like to continue. The in person to talk specific details and lock in position.
