The interview process overall was positive; however, I was extremely disappointed in their communication methods. The Talent Acquisition rep was very friendly and up front. The position's salary range was much less than I was expecting, but I still wanted to move forward with the process because the experience would be beneficial. The interview with the hiring manager went, I thought, very well. She was very friendly and pleasant. She went into depth about the role and what to expect. She even advised me on what to expect for the next interview, so I had the impression that it went very well. Unfortunately, I received the automated "not moving forward" email from their HR system, not even from the Talent Acquisition rep that I was working with. I was extremely disappointed to say the least, that this is the method they use to share these updates. No explanation, no details as to why I was not moving forward. I emailed the Talent Acquisition rep to get more information, but never heard back. Extremely frustrating.
