they gave me options on positions based on the location you gave them, i picked the one that i’ve heard of but if you’re adamant on a specific unit you could ask to keep waiting(?) (that’s what i’ve heard from fellow orientee)

Submitted my application online. Scheduled a phone interview over email a couple days later. Completed interview over the phone (took about 45 minutes), offer letter sent the same day. Interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions.
