Interview
The interview was a smooth process, consisting of a conversation of interweaving about 15 questions over an hour. I felt at ease and comfortable with the interviewer and was offered a position right away. I am still interviewing at other locations and want to make the best decision before accepting/declining.

Describe a time you worked with someone who treated you badly and how you dealt with it.
Screening Interview with basic questions about unit preference. If availblility, move to schedule Behavioral Interview. They were very nice and upfront about availbility. They said most New Grad positions are in Med Surg.

Interview
There was an application online, followed by a call from a new grad recruiter and a phone interview. After speaking with the recruiter and telling her my interest in units we scheduled an completed a single one-on-one interview
