very easy, they ask basic questions about yourself, and how well you work with others, your flexiablility and how you handle certain situations. how long you done this and why you want to work with banner health, your future goals and test your phlebotomy skill on fake arm
They ask for a small interview then they will follow up with another interview. They ask more about situational questions in the 2nd interview. Theres 2 people in this one and both interviews were on the phone.

Interview
It was pretty straight forward. Nothing out of the blue. One tip, they place particular attention to appearance such as how you dress and your personal hygiene. They are mainly concerned on your attitude towards the job than your experience which is not particularly a bad thing; anything can be achieved with the right mind set, but you'll not get far with the wrong attitude.
