I applied online, then got a call from the recruiter, where we scheduled a zoom interview. An email was sent with the details and I had a panel interview on Zoom.

Why nursing? Why this unit? Recount a patient you had and what you learned from it. Why should we hire you?
The interview was pretty straight forward; I got asked behavioral questions as well as a scenario question. The interviewer was nice and very informative. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
