I went through an Employee Referral Program. Interview had 2 rounds - Technical & Competency. Takes over 3-4 hours depending upon the interviewers. Technical round was basic and easy, Competency round was to get an understanding of Domain Knowledge.

There were 2 rounds. First one was assessment test and next and final interview round.In which questions were on Computer network and cloud. Also some Hr questions were asked like why should we hire you?
