Interview
Applied through campus career services center and got an interview. Met with one director within the compliance division separately. She interviewed me on campus. Did not ask any technical questions, all behavioral and fit questions. They are very interested in seeing how people have overcome their hardships and how they work within a team setting.

Was there any situation where you had to work with a teammate who was not cooperative? How did you resolve the issue?
Complete 2 rounds of online assessments. Both took about 45 minutes. Followed by super day which consists of 2 30 minute interviews. Never heard back from anyone at Barclays afterward.

Discussion about your knowledge of the role.
Brief business case where the candidate has to perform some tasks their manager asked them to do + behavioural questions + motivational questions.
Some questions requested video answers, others asked the candidate to rank a list of preferences and one of them required the candidate to write an email to their line manager.

Interview
I did the Inside Track diversity program and was fast-forwarded to the final round of interviews. One mini "case" interview dealing with a compliance breach and one behavioral. We got a few of the documents beforehand so we could plan our recommendations. The interviewers were very nice and it was all virtual.
