First of all, it was a moderately difficult numerical interactive assessment. At this point, a self recording video interview was also conducted. After a few days, I received an invitation to an interview requesting me to attend the assessment day (Webex) (though the mail arrived just 2 days before the assessment day). Two senior professionals interviewed me on the day of the assessment. Both individuals were calm and pleasant to talk to. They asked a few technical questions, a few questions based on previous experience and projects, and a few questions based on HR scenario. After exactly 1 week, they proposed a time for a zoom call and made an offer to me.
