Process leading up to the interview was comprehensive, online job simulation (numerical & verbal reasoning involved) then a video interview. Office interview was very relaxed, informal, friendly and an overall genuine environment. Had to do a 45 minute presentation on a topic we were emailed about preceding the interview, then a competency interview straight after. Very friendly and professional people.
