Bark U interview questions

I had a single interview in which I met directly with the owner. She struck me immediately as very down-to-earth. After a few introductory questions, the interview felt more conversational than traditional Q&A. She was very smart and seemed to quickly develop a sense of how best to utilize my strengths.
