Interview
keeping the message firm:
I received an interview invitation a week in advance. On the day of the interview, the Partner scheduled to speak with me joined 15 minutes late and did not acknowledge or apologise for the delay. I found this quite unprofessional, especially as it gave the impression that my time was not valued because I was applying for a junior role. During the interview, she asked general questions but appeared disengaged and distracted while I was responding. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend it.

Interview
Basic interview process; standard questions about experience and “what would you do” scenario type questions. The interviewer was nice but it slightly felt like they were not interested in me as a candidate.
They do multiple stage interviews and I only got
to stage one. I obviously didn’t make it to the next stage but they didn’t even bother to send a rejection email. It’s a very, very small firm, so I cannot see why this wasn’t possible.

Question 1
Your manager takes credit for work you have done, how would you feel?

Interview
Invited to interview, which was organised promptly for some weeks later. Three days after organising the interview, I received an email advising that the interviewer was 'very busy' and that they would have to cancel the interview, however there was no mention of re-organising the interview and I never heard a response when I listed my alternative availability. I don't think it's difficult to inform a candidate that the role is no longer available, rather then saying that they’re cancelling due to the interviewer being too busy!
