Whole process took less than a month. Had a discord call to ask me about games I played, work experience, etc. They gave me a test that has a deadline of 72 hours. After that, they gave me feedback on my answer like how detailed it is and what could be improved.

I had a quick chat on discord to ask me about my interests, goals, and what I was looking for in an internship at the company.
You have to take a test and they would email me back the results with some feedback about what I could have improved upon in the test.
