Interview
Despite applying directly online, the process was routed through a recruiter that re-hashed everything on my resume during a phone interview. Despite getting through this level of scrutiny my application was later rejected for not meeting the 'minimum requirements' of the position. A masters of chemical engineering isn't good enough for a basic analytical chemist position? Their HR department has no idea what the jobs that they're hiring entail and are just working off a list. Tedious and frustrating process and no contact information provided to try and clarify matters either.
