Interview process with recruiter and managers was smooth. It took about 2 to 3 weeks before I received an offer. Though the process took 23 weeks, the interview questions from the recruiter and the manager felt more like a conversation as opposed to an interrogation.

straight forward, know a response concerning your goals and where you see yourself in 5 years. Attractive pay, tuition reimbursment is low but they do have opportunities in critical shortage areas
