Interview
I applied for an internship position and went through a multi-stage selection process. The first stage was an online technical exam that included around 20 questions, mainly focused on embedded systems and some basic avionics topics. The questions were quite challenging and required a solid understanding of the concepts as well as problem-solving skills.
After completing the exam, I was invited to an automated online interview. In this stage, I was asked 3 questions and had only 30 seconds to respond to each. The limited time made it a bit stressful, but it was still a valuable experience.
Although my application was not successful, I found the overall process to be well-organized and professional. It helped me better understand the level of preparation and knowledge expected for such positions.
