Filled out a silly question test that was based on their mission statement. Many fail because they don’t learn the mission to answer right. Process takes a long time. Silly hoops
Typical process. Many people to interview with to make sure they have the right fit. Management asked thought provoking questions but wasn't stuffy. Just didn't feel this was the right fit for me.
