First of all, they had taken a written test from me, which was a simple translation of job posts from Bangla to English and English to Bangla. Then they took a computer test, they were basically a typing speed and accuracy test of both Bangla and English. Finally, they called for an interview; their questions were very basic, mostly about me and content writing.
