Simplely apply online at the human resource website.Sent out your personal profile,and wait for a few days.If you are shortlisted,they will call you and invite you to their company for the interview.The proccess was a supervior and you,1 on 1 interview.He or She would like you to talk about your working experience before.And,if you have some language advantage will be a good plus.Becasue,the hotel is located in a very famous night market in Taichung,TW.Which means many tourist came to visit and need a good communicator as well to help them.Also,the interview is not too hard,talk about yourself,why you want to work here?That's the key-point.Finished,they might said if you are accpected,you will get our call.Feel confident and relax is the key.
