First interview was over the phone. Second interview in person including a presentation to prepare in advance.
Both interviewers very warm and friendly people and although it was a formal interview, it was quite relaxed. Included a mixture of competency questions and a run through of my CV.

Competency interview with broad business knowledge and commerciality tested. Presentation skills, numeracy and competence to analyse business information and create and implement business strategy across sales, account management, procurement, systems and data analysis teams.
