Interview
There was no interview it was a direct hire. Submit all your documents and get a start date for training. I forgot something for my documents. Was never given a new start date. Never heard back from HR.
The interview process was strange. I never got interviewed, but they had an online screening instead. Then the job offer they gave only gave a 24hrs to responds in comparison to a week give by other companies.

It was a Direct hire. No interview was required for this job position. Offer letter was sent after confirming the availability. After accepting the offer, welcome letter was provided with documents submission process.
