Being Human interview questions

Interview process was fairly unusual as an owner was present and couldn't focus. Example based questions. Kept going offtrack, walking in and out of the interview room and texting. This did not seem very genuine in my opinion. It was obvious that there had been many others in my role based around the questions being asked in the interview. There were a lot of pre-written questions and 3 interviews in total. I did get the job as there weren't too many others applying for the role.

The interview was quite amateurish. The two interviewers seemed to be strictly limited to a pre-established set of questions and appeared to have been forbidden to stray from them. Although the people that interviewed me came across as rather friendly, it said a lot about the atmosphere of the company and made me wonder what type of tyrant ruled over these people. Needless to say I was not going to find out and meet the dragon.
