Easy process. Consisted of 2 interviews, 1 of which was a presentation. Received a phone call a week after that with offer. Questions asked were quite straightforward and explored my experience as well as some situational questions.
Online application, in person interview, online modules for onboarding but personally completed onsite for ease, simple process and well communicated. Short and quick process granted you have all required prerequisites

It was very chill. You just hop in the water and the manager watches how well you work with the swimmers. It's a very easy and smooth process and quite an enjoyable interview process
