The interview process was easy and I got hired on the spot, was a red flag in hindsight. The HR at the time, seem not to be enthused about the interview. Yet, I got the job.

Interview
Basic interview questions and interview process was in two separate occasions. Server experience may or may not be needed but being a team player seems to be important. Pretty responsive and followed up after interview.
Very simple, asked about relevant experience and why I want to work in senior services. Was pretty informal and not difficult at all. It was held over the phone and lasted about 15 minutes only.
