Overall, the company seems professional with a supportive team. The interview process was handled well, communication was clear, and the atmosphere appeared positive and organised during my initial application stage.
Initial chat with recruiter, friendly and straightforward. Interview with department lead and current team member, they were friendly and it went well. Was then invited to complete a task (2 hours long) - unfortunately after it took about 3 weeks and multiple emails chasing to be told other candidates had more Pricing experience (which they would have from the start so bit time wasting) but overall everyone was nice to speak to.

Interview
It was a two step interview, with a detailed case study round. The process was very well managed. The role was well explained and the interviewer asked questions to determine my strengths, role fit and team fit.
