The hiring process is not an easy one. First of all, there are two batches of problems to solve, some are pure logical while others are technical. If you succeed, you're invited to a couple of interviews with their recruiters and engineers. The recruiting process will make you feel comfortable, both the recruiters and engineers are very kind and let you take your time before answering, without any pressure at all. It's not an easy or short process, but it's worth it.
