Screening iniziale (cv + lettera motivazionale)
L'iter si compone di alcuni step tutti da remoto con HR e altri membri dello staff, self assessment online. "Superare" uno step non significa "andare avanti" nell'iter, decidono se una candidatura è idonea una volta dopo aver completato tutti gli step - per ridurre bias. Ho ricevuto un feedback tramite mail piuttosto dettagliato.
Ho trovato l'iter interessante, però bisogna investirci tempo ed energie (4/5 step). Sarebbe meglio fare una prima scrematura dopo i 1 o 2 step.

Le domande durante le varie interviste sono state varie (considerando che si tratta di ruolo di staff).
1. Racconta di una volta in cui hai sbagliato e come hai risolto
2. Cosa ti piace e cosa non ti piace del tuo lavoro e perchè
3. Racconta di un imprevisto e come lo hai gestito

Interview
After a cover letter, you will get tested on your skills. For this position the tests were three: one on comprehension, one one logic and one on behavior. The tests were time consuming, but the company gives money to a non-profit to compensate on the effort.

Question 1
Some were mathematical/logic based, others were on the personal abilities to recognize and deal with possible issues in the office, and then there was a reading analysis
