Ho partecipato ad una fase di preselezione. Lettura e comprensione del testo su base logica, slegato da abilità legate al ruolo per cui stavo facendo richiesta. La modalità era a crocette, non c'erano risposte aperte.

After I applied, they reached out to me pretty quickly for the next stage which was a series of timed questions. It took a while but I didn't mind too much because it was an interesting set of questions. After I passed this stage, I moved on to the next stage which had two timed sections - a practical test and a one hour test. Now this part made me a little angry because it required a lot of time and effort to do with no guarantee of any reward. I did the practical test first, spending hours on it, only to get blindsided by the other one hour test. It had nothing at all to do with the job description they put out for this role. Nothing at all. It was quite disappointing because I felt I had come all this way and put in all that effort for no reason. I think Bending Spoons need to amend their job description so people know exactly what skill set they should have before applying so they don't wast their time and effort for no reason. All in all, they were very polite and got back to me on time, even though their emphasis on how it's an achievement to have made it this far and how very few applicants make it far enough etc was a bit of a turn off.

Interviewed for 3 months (4 tests, 2 interviews). The recruiter has been incredible! Fun tests! Although it would have been nice to get more detailed feedback to why it didn't work out :)
