Ho mandato il mio curriculum perché ero interessata alla posizione, sono stata invitata a fare un test online in cui c’erano solo domande di probabilità, non so quanto effettivamente fossero in linea con il profilo che avrei potuto ricoprire ma non ho superato il test
Colloquio strutturato in più fasi, con domande su esperienza, motivazione e capacità di problem solving. È stata inclusa anche una domanda logica per valutare il ragionamento, oltre a una breve parte tecnica e comportamentale.
I received both a personality assessment and a series of logic-type tasks to complete. The personality assessment was relatively quick and easy, but the tasks were pretty time consuming. Throughout the process company was very communicative and quick to respond.
