Good interview process, normal cv questions and competency ones, 3 stages of interview process. First round telephone interview with HR, second round face to face interview with hiring director, third stage interview with Managing Director and Sales director
Interview was very concise. The first stage interview is with the line manager where candidate skills, career aspirations and questions specific to the job role itself were discussed. Overall very informative and no stress environment for the interview

Interview
I was contacted by HR after making an online application and arranged a telephone interview, in which I was asked about my motives and competency based questions. I then had a face to face interview with two company directors and the decision was made shortly after. The process was very straight forward and I was kept up to date the whole time. The contracts were sent quickly and I was very pleased with this process!
