Pretty chill and relaxed. Didn't ask too many questions and the interviewer was friendly. The interview is with the director one on one in his office. It may seem intimidating at first, but the process is short and he makes it relaxing with small jokes.

What do you know about the company? Did you research about the company before the interview?
I submitted an application and they got back to me pretty quickly with an interview offer. Before the interview, two reference points were requested. The interview was with one of the directors.
