I applied online. I interviewed at Better Life Plans
Interview
The first telephone "interview" was more about discussing the role, with just a few brief questions about myself. It was nice to be laid back and get somewhat familiar with the job before the more formal interview. The virtual interview was a bit more in depth but still laid back and conversational. Interviews are nerve wracking, but not this one. It was a nice change of pace. I will say, though, it feels a little sketchy that many of the questions I had (i.e., turnover rate, raise amounts & frequency of pay increases, etc.) could not be answered by the interviewer. It's too soon to tell but I worry it was the easy way to get around telling me the negatives of the role/company.
I interviewed at Better Life Plans (Evansville, IN)
Interview
Easy and straightforward. Talent manager reached out and was able to share benefit information immediately upon completion of an assessment. Next step was a remote interview with the hiring manager. She was very friendly and informative.
