You get connected to the HR representative via Teams Chat where they have you complete a short questionnaire and discuss the job description. After signing the Offer Letter, they send you a check to pay for equipment, which is not a process I have ever experienced before. I decided to not move forward. There was no signature of paperwork other than the Offer Letter, no official documents. There was no verbal communication, only email and Teams Chat.
