After several emails, I scheduled an interview with the company. I took half a day off work to attend this interview, only to be told the position was already filled. I wish this company/recruiter would respect my time and send an email as soon as the position was filled, as to not waste my time and take half a day off work.

My interviews were compiled of multi-stages. Starting with Internal recruitment then onto a managerial interview. I was then provided with 3 separate assignments to complete including a mock client meeting which I then presented back to the team Manager. The final stages were cultural fit interviews one being with the CEO. I knew this was a role I wanted to pursue, due to a part of the process being over the holiday period and multiple members of the team still found time to interview me including the consistent updates from the internal recruitment team! Brilliant process and even more brilliant people!
