I had a disappointing experience with Beyond Energy during the hiring process. The HR function appeared quite disorganized, which made communication and coordination challenging. Additionally, the administrative team seemed relatively inexperienced, and the level of professionalism did not align with what I would expect from an established company in the energy sector.
