Interview
Mild, simple questions. Nice interviewer who made it feel comfortable. Minimal experience necessary. Mostly going for a personality and vibe to determine how you will fit in with the other tour staff, many who return year after year after year.
There was two rounds of 30-min Zoom interviews. They look for positive attitudes and performance experience is a bonus. If you ever competed at BTS or Breakout, talk about it.
