Initial interview, then a skills assessment, then a final interview. Initial interview was great. The skills assessment was a little ridiculous in how much work they wanted. Final interview was good. Then ghosted. Totally unprofessional to put a candidate through a month-long process, have them make it to the final stage, and then not even bother to send a rejection email.

very simple 15 minute phone call, described the position, asked standard questions and was sent an assessment to complete afterwards. she said after the assessment there would be one final interview and then onboarding.
