Interview process is really laid back and more like an open dialog between both parties which really helps to identify if this is a suitable opportunity for candidate. Interviewer kindly described the gist of the role, explained how studios work and what they can offer to applicant in terms of experience.

Interview
Was asked about my Cv and experience. The manager pretended the Printer was broken and asked me to talk about my Cv "off the top of my head". Was a good trick. I was given a tour and asked a bit more about myself and then offered a trial.
