I applied for the Flutter Developer position at BigPay through Indeed. Unfortunately, my experience with the recruitment process was deeply disappointing.
I went through two rounds of interviews and completed a technical assessment, spending nearly two months in total on the process. Despite following up twice after being told I would receive an update, I never got any response—not even a rejection email. To my dismay, I noticed the job vacancy was removed from both Glassdoor and Indeed, indicating the role was filled, yet I was left waiting without any communication.
The long waiting time and lack of transparency made the process frustrating. If BigPay decided to move forward with another candidate, the least they could have done was inform me, rather than keeping me in the dark. It felt unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
I hope BigPay considers improving their communication and candidate experience for future roles.
