Got the call from consultancy, He told me about the company and told me that it belongs to Reliance Games which is also a part of Big reliance entertainment, I was fine with it. So I went to there place for interview. I went there and it was not looking like a office, all black, seats were old but nevermind. interviewer came and asked some basic questions and two there puzzles which were quite simple and I gave the answers. After this round two more people came and talked to me regarding the organisation. Then comes the HR, a sweet person, he talked to me very politely and discussed about my expectation, so I told him I want 60% hike, he told me yeah fine for us, no issues and I was happy. Second round a lady called me from Mumbai and asked some techincal question and I cleared that round also, then another round with CEO who was sitting in Chicago I guess. Cleared that also and Then HR called me at his office and he again set up a meeting with studio head. He told me that he gives a lot of work to the people, a lot of stress is there, a lot of work is there and blah blah blah. I said ok and asked HR about the offer letter he told me he will mail within the same week. I waited for a week,two week and then after 6th week I called him about what has happend. So he told me sorry Sir we don't have this much budget, they can only offer me what I am withdrawing from current company. I said what the crap is that. He said sorry and end of the story. So please don't go for this crap organisation.
