Applied online and received a phone call to schedule an interview the following week. The interview was with the manager only, so it was a one-on-one interview. We talked about the basics of the positions and ourselves as well as some interview questions being addressed. I was given a tour of their facility and had the opportunity to see their manufacturing suite. This was the first interview and was told there would be a second if considered. Unfortunately, I received an email saying that they decided to pursue other candidates.
