Interview
I applied online and received an email confirming I passed the initial screening. I was then given a take-home Product Assignment with a strict 48-hour deadline. I completed and submitted the task on time. However, despite sending a follow-up email a week later, I received no feedback or further communication from the recruiter.

Question 1
I was given a Product Assignment to critique their app and provide a technical solution for a specific friction point. The task required identifying UX issues and writing a technical proposal from a Front-End perspective.

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. It included a group discussion, followed by interviews with Managers, HR, and finally the CEO. However, my experience with the company took a disappointing turn post-interview.
I was asked to come in for what was presented as an onboarding day. I was told I would be starting soon, and that my official email and documentation would follow. I ended up working for almost half a day without any formal offer, contract, or clarity and was never paid for that time.
Later, I received a rejection email from HR without any prior notice. When I asked for feedback, the response was vague and failed to provide any meaningful insight.
My experience was extremely unprofessional. There was a clear lack of communication, transparency, and basic respect for candidates’ time and effort. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of process integrity and disregard for candidate well-being.

Interview
I am posting this review because Bits is a very fraudulent company, especially when it comes to their QA interview process. They actually opened several job openings for the same QA position, which doesn't make sense in the first place. I applied for a QA Engineer role, and the HR got back to me with a huge assignment that literally took me a week to complete. It included API coding and writing test cases for their app. The HR specifically mentioned that I should find bugs in their app and the bug details should be very detailed, as stakeholders would be reviewing them.
After I submitted the assignment, they stopped replying for 2-3 weeks. Then, their HR head replied, saying that they are not currently hiring. And you know what? The bugs I reported were fixed. So, this is a fake company that is using candidates, who are eagerly looking for a job, to get their QA work done. Beware, guys! If the HR sends you an assignment, make sure to ask specific questions about it because they are completely fake
