Bix Bytes Solutions interview questions

I had an extremely frustrating experience interviewing with Bixbytes. I cleared all the interview rounds, and the HR team informed me that the offer letter would be sent in an hour. However, despite the positive communication, I received no follow-up after several days, and all my calls and emails were ignored. After 10 days of silence, I was contacted by a different HR representative who asked if I was still interested in the role. I was shocked because I had already been told I would receive an offer letter. It turned out this new HR representative had no knowledge of my previous interview process, and the whole situation felt very unprofessional. Due to the lack of communication and the time wasted, I had no choice but to turn down the opportunity. This experience has left me questioning the company's internal processes and communication. Ultimately, it cost me time and forced me to continue my job search elsewhere. I would caution anyone considering applying to this company to be wary of their HR practices.
