Cvs were collected. I was then called for an interview. It was a 30 mins interview. They call it a non-technical interview named 'litmus test' probably. They keep 30 mins for each candidate and ask questions on basic topics of software engineering.

Campus recruitment. First phase was MCQ and broad questions based. They contacted via one of our batchmates. The exam was sham. they recruited that batchmate eventually. Called for interview after the MCQ exam. Bogus evaluation and judgement criterion.

Interview
The interview consists of three rounds: 1. Written exam: Consists of questions from data structures, networking and operating system. 2. Coding exam: 2-3 problems will be given to solve in 30-45 minutes. The ranking of the problems is leetcode medium(max). 3. Technical interview: This is the final round where the interviewer is the head of software engineering department. This round is 15 minutes long and mainly consists of technical interview.
